We work with all different departments and clubs on college campuses including, student activities, student gov’t., residence life, student associations. Our main priority is for the best quality service! We guide event planning and work with the campus facilities and service providers to help ensure a successful event. Site inspections and walkthroughs are also available to ensure proper placement of the rental equipment. The facilities and grounds also may be made available to other users for approved purposes if space and staff support is available.
Our experts are always ready to help event organizers determine the best spaces and set-ups for events. We will work directly with the fulfillment department, such as Facilities Services, Public Safety, and Instructional Media and Technology Services to arrange the necessary logistical support. We also work with event organizers for onsite registration needs, and catering, and along with providing day-of support for selected events.
